I have been flipping (Read: actually spending most of my nights lying in bed) through the Spring Issue 9March 2009) of Harpers's Bazaar, which is easily known to be my favourite magazine. I love the spring issue nearly as much as I love the fall issue, so I wanted to take some time to showcase two of my favourite spreads from the issue. The first I love because at first it seems like the strangest thing to see a bunny cruising the streets of New York, but ends up getting all cute at the end. You'll see.
The second is a spread with Ed Westwick. And even though many may not love Chuck Bass, Ed Westwick is hard not to adore, and he does this scene very well.
The last photo is the latest Marc Jacobs advertisement. I always love Marc Jacobs ads (not to mention his designs), but this one reminds me of autumn, so I had to bring it into this mix of spring flair.
The first photo you're seeing here at the top of this post was the introduction two page spread of Sarah Jessica Parker, who was the cover model for this spring. Her bridge photo is very Carrie Bradshaw a la Sex and the City, and the gorgeous Chanel dress she sports looks incredible with the extra movement. Not to mention those booties. Everyone loks a great booties, especially in a complementary colour to the dress SJP wears.
Enjoy.
